Day 6 kidney infection

Now I know why my energy was zapped. When I ran on Thursday my lower back hurt now I know why.

I comfort ate yesterday. Not too bad. I had ryveta for lunch no breakfast. Sheppards pie for dinner some blue corn chips and two cookies. I drank tea and sparkling water all day.

Today I will work on GGMS and S. First weigh in is tomorrow. I will still be down some and it is a learning process.

I want to get healthy and ready to start my 60 day challenge.

Day 5 Blew the ending

I started the day well and had an E breakfast. My workout Thursday had zapped me. I had a salad S for lunch. For supper I had Japanease stir fry no rice. Then I went home to sort school supplies had a few glasses of wine and too many carbs. I had blue chips, sourdough bread and a few veg sticks. I consider the carb refeed done and back to S today.

Day 4 THM

Not a lot of picks today work kept me busy.

Breakfast
Lunch was Greek yogurt and berries
Early supper was spinach salad with a spicy sausage

Then a run 

Then 2 oranges and a few cashews
The tiakwondo for 1.5 hours
Then sour dough toast with a bit of butter some blue corn chips with laughing cow light and salsa and a tea

Today was great for eating and I did hill repeats tonight for a workout.
